Will Tickle Tap Apps work on an iPod Touch?

Yes! All the Tickle Tap Apps have been designed and tested for use on both the iPhone and the iPod Touch.

What are the OS requirements for Tickle Tap Apps?

We recommend upgrading your iPhone to iPhone OS 3.1. iPod Touch owners can download the update from Apple.

How can I prevent my child from opening other apps or changing settings while using Tickle Tap Apps?

We suggest enabling restrictions on your device. This allows you to temporarily block Safari, YouTube, the iTunes store and even specific songs. Once your child is finished playing you can easily disable restrictions. Follow these directions to enable and customize your restriction settings.

One of my Tickle Tap Apps quit unexpectedly. What can I do?

We recommend that you restart your iPhone or iPod Touch. To restart, first turn device off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and device will turn off after a few moments. Next, turn the device on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. If this does not resolve the problem delete the app from your device and iTunes, download a fresh copy from the App Store and re-install it.
